After collaborating with District staff and school finance clerks we have a newly established PAC Gaming Revenue - Recommended Process in place throughout SD61. The hope is to reduce any possible triggers for Gaming Audits and to be more compliant with the expectations on PACs especially when it comes to gaming event proceeds. We recommend adopting a means to communicate with the school office what events funds can pay for according to your event license application and a copy of your budget to facilitate this process.
